Thank you for shopping with Luroxy This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the processing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example: If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 7 business days.
4. Shipping Days
Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday.
We do not ship on Sundays, Saturdays or public holidays.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 10:00 PM on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
6. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our tracking page / the carrier’s website.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
9. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
